Keith J. Rosa, Esq.

Keith J. Rosa is a partner at Goitein Rosa, LLC.  Keith’s practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense. Prior to joining Goitein Rosa, LLC, Keith was the Special Magistrate for the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. As Special Magistrate, he reviewed a variety of motions in civil and family cases and made recommendations for ruling. He also presided over custody, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), and child support hearings.

Prior to becoming a Special Magistrate, Mr. Rosa was a partner at the law firm of Abrams & West, P.C. where he specialized in general civil litigation, probate, zoning, and land use law. He has served as a court-appointed attorney for minors and the elderly in guardianship proceedings and as a court-appointed personal representative for estates. Keith is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He has served as a mentor for new admittees to the Maryland Bar and has also volunteered at the Jessup Correctional Institution for the Storybook Project.  Prior to working at Abrams & West, P.C., he was a law clerk to the Honorable John W. Debelius, III. 

In 2021-2022, Mr. Rosa served as the president of the Bar Association of Montgomery County and then later served as the president of the Bar Foundation of Montgomery County. He has also served as the treasurer of the Bar Foundation for Montgomery County, the treasurer of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, and the treasurer of the Montgomery County Inn of Court.
